2022-2023学年秋学期即将开始！现将秋学期开学相关事宜通知如下：

The autumn semester of the 2022-2023 academic year will begin soon! We hereby inform you of the following matters concerning the opening of the new semester:

一、线上注册

Online Registration

请同学们（包括目前在中国境内和境外的所有老生）于9月7日至9月10日登录浙江大学国际学生管理系统进行线上注册申请。（网址：http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn，请使用学号和个人密码登录。如未修改密码，初始密码为：护照号后6位，登录后请及时修改密码）

线上注册前，请提前缴纳下一学年学费（已达到退学条件或因个人原因需办理退学、休学手续的同学请不要缴纳学费），并在系统中核对本人护照号码、住址、联系电话和邮箱等信息。如有更换新护照或校外住址，请先进行“护照变更”或“校外住宿登记”申请修改；联系电话和邮箱等信息可直接在“学期注册”中进行更新。

All students (including all senior students in Chinese mainland and abroad) are required to log into the international student management system of Zhejiang University between September 7 and September 10 for online registration.(http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn, please log in by user name of student ID number and your password.The initial password: Last 6 digits of your passport,if you didn’t change it, please change the password after login).

Please pay the tuition in advance before applying registration online (Please do NOT pay the tuition if you have met the withdrawal requirements or if you need to withdraw or suspend your studies for personal reasons.) and check your passport number, living address, contact number and email address. If you already changed passport or living address, you should apply to change in the system first. Your contact number and email address can be updated directly through ‘Semester Registration’.

发起线上注册前，境内同学请购买来华留学保险。

Students currently studying on the Chinese mainland should buy international student insurance before beginning the online registration process.

请在中国境内学习的同学在保险到期之前自行购买来华留学保险（点击获取：来华留学生保险购买指南）。

在境外参加线上学习的同学不需要购买来华留学保险！！！

Students studying on the Chinese mainland must obtain their own insurance before the insurance expires. Please select 800 yuan plan for international students for insurance products; the insurance plan and premium are 400 yuan (6 months). (You can find out more about how to get it here.)

Students studying outside of the Chinese mainland are not required to purchase this insurance!!!

完成保险购买后，请保存好电子保单。在线上报到注册时，需上传电子保单；在线下报到注册时，需打印后提交纸质版保单。未购买保险的同学，不予注册。

Please keep your electronic guarantee slip after you have completed your insurance purchase. When you register online, you must submit your insurance guarantee slip; when you register offline, you must print and submit your insurance guarantee slip. Students who have not purchased insurance will not be registered.

二、中国境内同学返校注册

Return to School and Registration for Students in Chinese Mainland

1. 返校及线下注册安排

Return to School and Onsite Registration

根据学校安排，境内同学返校需严格遵守疫情防控要求，在中高风险地区（地市）的同学暂缓返校。请同学们提前做好返校安排，自9月11日起两周内完成秋学期线下注册。

According to the arrangement, students in Chinese Mainland should return to school in time and comply with epidemic prevention and control requirements strictly.The students have to suspend to return to campus if you currently are in the medium or high risk areas(city).Please make your plan in advance and complete registration in time.And complete the onsite registration in two weeks from September 11.

2. 重要提醒

Special Attention

（1）请各位同学在返校途中务必按照疫情防控要求佩戴口罩，做好健康防护。

Please wear a mask on your way back to school in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements. 

（2）全校师生凭浙大通行码进出校园，请中国境内全体同学继续做好每日健康打卡，每天中午12:00前，完成个人“健康打卡”数据填报。连续1天未按要求进行健康打卡，浙江大学通行码（蓝码）将自动取消。

At the moment, all teachers and students use the Zhejiang University passcode (namely blue code) to enter and exit the campus. All students in Chinese mainland are required to continue to keep updating about health report before 12:00 (noon) every day. If the Daily Health report is not done as required for 1 day, the ZJU pass code (blue code) will be canceled by the system automatically.

（3）如存在返校前10天曾前往中高风险地区（地市）、当前健康状况异常等不符合返校条件的暂不返校；根据学校教务管理有关规定，请办理请假和报备手续，先参加线上学习，待符合条件后再返校。

If there are any of the following conditions, such as those who have gone to medium-high risk areas(city) in the past 10 days before returning to school, or those with abnormal health status etc., have to postpone returning to school.And those can ask for leave online and attend the online courses first and return to school after meeting the requirements.

三、境外同学

Students outside Chinese mainland

Students who are temporarily unable to enter China as the epidemic will still take online classes. Please strictly abide by the online learning requirements and complete your study.
