Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program 2024

I. Brief Introduction:

Bilateral Program includes a full or partial scholarship established by MOE in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between Chinese government and governments of other countries, institutions, universities or international organizations.

The Bilateral Program supports undergraduate students, graduate students, general scholars and senior scholars. Please submit applications to the dispatching authorities for overseas study in your home country.

This scholarship is Type A in the CSC system.

II. How to Apply:

1. Where to Apply

Apply to the dispatching authorities for overseas study in your home country (e.g. Chinese Embassy).

Choose Zhejiang University as your target university, however, please do note that Zhejiang University does NOT directly accept the application.

All the applicants for CSC scholarship-Bilateral Programs should visit the Online Application System for International Students, Zhejiang University (Link) and fill in the complete information.

2. When to Apply

In general, from January to the beginning of April each year. Please consult the dispatching authorities for the specific deadline.

4. Admission documents will be sent to the applicant by the the dispatching authorities directly.
