Thai Student Won 4th Place in Chinese Language Contest

The 11th ��Chinese Bridge-Gem King Cup�� International Chinese Language Contest was held on August 24th2014 inDhurakijPunditUniversity,BangkokThailand.

Mr. Zhao Zilong (Thai name: KONGKAMNERD KHOSAWAN), a Thailand student in the undergraduate program of Chinese as Second Language (CSL) run by the International College, took part in the competition and achieved very good results.

Zhao successfully entered the final round of the contest, out of 239 competitors, and won the 4th place of the college student group in the end.

The ��Chinese Bridge-Gem King Cup�� Chinese Language Contest is an international event jointly organized by bothThailandand Chinese educational institutions with the aim to encourage the Chinese language learners to constantly improve their skills and promote cultural exchange.

More than 30,000 young students fromThailand,Malaysia,Singaporeand so on participated in the past ten competitions, which made it one of the largest and most influential event in southeastern Asian countries.
