The 2020-2021 academic year is about to start. Welcome to Zhejiang University! Relevant notice about the registration is prepared for you as follows.
一、关联浙大钉
I. ZJU Ding Talk Account
1.下载“浙大钉”：请每位新生扫描图1“浙大钉”二维码下载APP，并使用在招生系统个人申请账号中“新生通”模块确认的本人手机号码注册“浙大钉”APP并登录；已注册手机号码用户可以直接登录。
1. Download “ZJU Ding Talk”
All of you should scan the following QR code to download the APP, register and enter by your mobile phone number, which is already confirmed in the module of “Freshmen Gateway” of the application system; those who already get registered by mobile phone number could directly enter the main interface.

2.登录浙江大学工作台：进入“浙大钉”APP，点击底部中间“求是鹰”标识，首次登录会跳转浙江大学统一身份认证登录页面，请使用浙江大学统一身份认证用户名和初始密码登录（用户名：学号，密码：zju+护照号码后六位），如未出现，点击左上角箭头位置切换至“浙江大学”。
2. Log onto ZJU Interface
Enter “ZJU Ding Talk” and click the emblem of “Qiushi Eagle” at the bottom. As your first logon, it should lead to the page of “ZJU Unified Identity Authentication” where you could log on (username: student ID number; password: zju + last 6 digits of your passport number); if not, click the arrow button at the upper left corner and choose “浙江大学” (Zhejiang University).
二、境内学生现场报到的准备
II. Make preparations for onsite registration（for students inside China mainland）
【重要提示：在中国境内的新生，必须按照录取通知书的要求到校完成现场报到手续；在境外的新生，请及时通过申请系统查看线上报到审核情况，并完成“浙大钉”激活，无须进行以下现场报到需要完成的健康打卡和申请浙大通行码等相关准备。】
Important notes: New international students who are currently inside mainland China must enter campus and follow onsite registration procedures according to the requirements on Admission Notice.
For new international students who are currently outside mainland China, you should check the online registration status timely in the application system and activate “ZJU Ding Talk”, and Do Not need to follow the onsite registration procedures including health report and ZJU Pass application.
1. 在浙江大学国际学生招生系统“新生通”模块填写、确认本人的手机号码（必须与注册钉钉账号的手机号一致）。
1.Fill up and confirm in the module of “Freshmen Gateway” of the application system your mobile phone number, which must be the same as that in your Ding Talk account.
2. 完成线上报到申请，并及时查看审核结果。
2.Complete online registration application, and check the result timely.
3. 新生健康打卡
收到此通知之日起，请登陆浙江大学健康打卡平台：https://healthreport.zju.edu.cn/ncov/wap/default/index，通过个人统一身份证登陆（用户名：学号，密码：zju+护照号码后六位），进行健康打卡。请各位新生每天中午12:00前完成“健康打卡”填报。未连续按照要求进行健康打卡的，进入浙江大学校园的申请将无法得到批准。
3.Report health status every day
Once you receive this notice, you should log onto the website of ZJU Health Report Platform (https://healthreport.zju.edu.cn/ncov/wap/default/index), enter the “ZJU Unified Identity Authentication” system (username: your student ID number; password: zju + last 6 digits of your passport number) and report your health conditions every day before 12:00 noon. If not, you will not be approved to enter the campus.
4.申领校区所在城市健康码（绿码）
4.Apply for the Green Health Code of the city where your campus is located.

5.申请浙大通行码（蓝码）
各位新生按要求每天进行健康打卡且线上报到申请审核通过后，在9月5日至6日期间登陆“浙大钉”的“疫情防控”→“申请流程”，再在“新生服务”相关栏目中完成入校申请。经学校审批通过后，报到当天“浙大通行码”（蓝码）才能生效。申请通行码咨询电话：0571-88981482。
5.Apply for the Blue Code of ZJU Pass
Log onto “ZJU Ding Talk” between Sep.5th and 6th, click“疫情防控”(“Epidemic Prevention and Control”) and then “申请流程”(“Application Procedures”), and apply for entering the campus in the column of “新生服务” (“Guide for New Students”). After being approved, the Blue Code of ZJU Pass will be valid on your registration day. Contact number: 0571-88981482.
【提醒：境内学生现场报到期间，只允许国际学生新生本人凭蓝码进入学校，可在校门口乘坐“国际学生迎新专车”达到报到地点。如未在规定时间到校报到，请在报到截止日期内到国际教育学院学生事务办公室报到，办公地点：325-331；逾期未报到的，将视为自动放弃入学资格。】
Notes: During the onsite registration for those who are currently inside China mainland, only new international students themselves are allowed to enter the campus with the Blue Code, and take the International Student Shuttle Bus at the campus gate to the venue of registration. If you fail to register on campus within the specified time, you must register at Student Affairs Office of International College (Room 325-331) before the deadline. Failure to register before the specified deadline will be automatically regarded as giving up the admission eligibility.
