The graduating MS/Ph.D Sutdents should report to the International College immediately after they have successfully defended their graduation thesis then may begin the School-leaving procedures.

School-leaving procedures:

1.            Deregistration Procedure Form. Can be completed through the Online Deregistration System at the following website:   http://app1.sdc.zju.edu.cn/lxdxt/; Or the student may download the Deregistration Procedure Form and go through the procedures at the department/office as writtern on the form.

2.            Pick up two 2-inch standard graduate photos (taken by the Xinhua News Agency of Zhejiang Province) from your major college/department and submit them to the International College for  Graduation Certificate preparation.

3.            Make a digital copy of course transcript (refer to attached Transcript Form and The English-Chinese Course Name List collected by the Graduate School of ZJU ) and submit it to the International College for verification.

4.            Submit both copies of the degree certificate (Chinese and English version ) to the International College. Degree certificates (Chinese and English version) are issued by the student’s major college/department. Ph.D students who are going to graduate without a degree are not required to sumbit a copy of the degree certificate.

5.            Upon receiving the above documents, the International College will issue a Graduation Certificate and a Course Transcript (both in Chinese and English) to the student after one week.
