Vacation Period for Students:         From Jul. 2nd to Sep. 1st;

Vacation for Faculty and Staff:        From Jul. 7th to Aug. 30th.

Teacher(s) will be on duty in International College Offices at both Yuquan Campus and Zijingang Campus in workdays during the vacation period.

Office Hours: from Mon. to Fri.: from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

International students are expected to take precautions against fires, theft/burglars, natural calamities and take measures to prevent heatstroke. Students should pay attention to traffic safety, personal and property security. Students should NOT drink excessively in the dormitory or go out for drinking late at night, should not carry or store dangerous goods such as fireworks.

Students are expected to keep quiet in the dormitory and try your best NOT to get involved in any dispute with others. Please exercise restraint in case any dispute should occur and ask relevant management people to mediate and do NOT act on your own. Please remain calm in case of sudden incident and report to police or teachers concerned without delay.

Students are expected to pay strong attention to your food and drink hygiene, and take precautions against contagious diseases. In case of having symptoms of cold, fever, diarrhea or feeling uncomfortable, please go to comprehensive public hospital immediately and report to your teachers.

Please pay great attention to the validity of your Visa or Residence Permit: Please make sure to complete the extension application procedures before the expiration of your Visa or Residence Permit.  Self-sponsored students who want to apply for extension of Residence Permit should pay off next term’s tuition fee before July 6th.

Next term’s course starts:  From Sept. 5th, for postgraduate and current undergraduate students; from Sept. 13th, for new undergraduate and non-degree Chinese language students;

from Sept. 19th, for new MBBS students.

Registration dates for new students:  Aug. 30th and Aug. 31st, for degree program students;

                        Sept. 2th and Sept. 5th for non-degree Chinese language students;

                              Sept. 13th and Sept. 14th for MBBS students.

Registration dates for current students:  Degree Program Students – Sept. 1st and Sept. 2nd;

Non-Degree Chinese Language Students – Sept. 7th and Sept. 8th.
