The Chinese government scholarship students who will study in China next academic year (from September 2013), including the students scheduled to finish study before February 2014 but would like to do study extension or enter Master/Ph.D. program, are requested to take part in the annual scholarship review. Please go to the International Student Office (contact Mr. Tang, Room 231, or Ms. Chen/Ms. Zhu, Room 229, No. 31 Dorm, Yuquan Campus (for postgraduate students); Room A104, Eastern 1 Bldg., Zijingang Campus (for undergraduate students); Ms. Huang, 1^st Floor, Huajiachi Campus Dorm) to take the “Form for Annual Review of CSC status”. The front page of the Form should be filled in and returned to the International Student Office (The Summary of Study and Conduct should be more than 100 words, another one paper could be attached for detail).  

  The Approval Letter of home country’s Embassy and the Filled-in “Application Form for Scholarship Extension” should be submitted by the students applying for study extension and Master/Ph.D. program entrance (please go to Mr. Tang’s Office to get the Form).

The Students scheduled to graduate this summer, whose International Return Flight Expense is covered by Chinese Government according to the bilateral governmental agreement, should fill-in the “Application Form for International Return Ticket” so as to book the ticket in advance (The students applying for study extension and Master/Ph.D. program entrance need not to fill in it this time).

The deadline of review is: May 20th, 2013.

The scholarship of the students, who fail to pass the review, or fail to finish the review in time, will be stopped on July 15th, 2013.
