The Chinese government scholarship students who will study in Chinanext academic year (from September 2020), including Ph.D. students and other students under bilateral program who pre-scheduled to finish study before October 2020 but would like to do study extension, are requested to take part in the annual scholarship review. Please fill in ��Form for Annual Review of CSC status�� (download ). The front page of the Form should be filled in and returned to the International Student Office (Please be sure to write summary of course marks, attendance record, attitude of study, activity performance and performance in the period of COVID-19 epidemic, in Column of ��Summary of Study and Conduct��). The deadline of review is:  May 20, 2020. (International Student Office at International College Bldg. in western section of Zijingang Campus: Room 331, for postgraduate students; Room 225, for undergraduate students).

The scholarship of the students, who fail to pass the review, or fail to finish the review in time, will be stopped on July 15th, 2020.

       Ph.D. students and other students under bilateral program, whose scholarship is pre-scheduled to be ended this year and who is unable to finish the program in time while having not applied for scholarship extension before, please fill in  ��Application Form for Scholarship Extension�� (download) and contact Mr. Tang (for postgraduate student affairs) , Mr. Ye or Ms. Zhao (for undergraduate student affairs) as soon as possible. Students under bilateral governmental agreement should submit the Approval Letter written by the dispatching authority like Embassy. The deadline for CSC scholarship extension application is May. 25, 2020.
