Dear International Students,

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, the Chinese government and people have made great efforts on epidemic control and prevention  and have brought the epidemic basically under control. 

On June 13, 38 newly confirmed domestically transmitted COVID-19 cases were reported in China mainland , of which 36 were reported in Beijing and 2 in Liaoning. Of 19 newly confirmed imported cases, 17 were reported in Guangdong, 1 in Shanghai, and 1 in Chongqing. The epidemic risk level of related regions has been upgraded to high or medium. We are still facing serious challenges on epidemic control and prevention, so students currently living in China mainland  should pay high attention and try to avoid trans-regional travels.

In order to safeguard the health of the faculty and students, closed-off management on campus will continue to be implemented and campus access will be strictly managed including the application and report of campus entry and exit. Please continue to report your health condition on Zhejiang University Health Report Platform everyday. Please apply beforehand if you really need to leave or enter the campus for study,  research or other reasons. If you plan to go to Beijing, It is strongly recommended postponing your trip or connecting online instead. If you need to go to other areas for special reasons, you should apply for leave and report in advance.

Strict management is adopted today for our study and life in the future. The University will do every efforts to protect the safety on campus. We hereby would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every one of you for your understanding, support and cooperation.
