As the new semester is approaching, please pay high attention to the following issue:
I. Necessary information to activate your ��ZJU DingTalk��account:
We are now helping all the new students activate your specialized ZJU DingTalk account based on the information you provided.
New Students who are currently inside mainland China MUST use ��ZJU DingTalk�� account to enter the campus and participate in certain education activities
New Students who are currently inside mainland China MUST use ��ZJU DingTalk�� account to attend the online course.
Thus all the new students must immediately provide accurate information through the following online questionnaire:
1. Your DingTalk account;
2. Your mobile phone number bound together with your DingTalk account:
New students inside mainland China should accurately provide the 11-digit Chinese mobile phone number;
New students out of mainland China should provide your mobile phone number strictly in the following format:
+ country code - mobile phone number
!!! Please note the mobile phone number you provide MUST be the number you bind with your DingTalk account

Undergraduate students��

II. Online Registration:
All the new students, including students either inside or out of mainland China MUST complete the online registration between September 1st to September 6th 2020
You shall once again visit the online application system, find your ZJU Student ID Number and use the Online Registration Module to complete the Online Registration Procedures:
New students inside mainland China MUST start a Daily Health Check immediately to meet the university��s requirements to qualify yourselves to enter the campus.
Please check the special notice about this issue on our college��s website to learn the detailed instructions.
New students out of mainland China MUST also complete the online registration to qualify yourselves to attend the online courses.

III. The delivery of your admission documents:
For students inside mainland China: if you have not received the scanned copy of your admission notice, please contact the Office of Admissions. The hard copies of the admission documents will be given to you upon your registration on campus.
For students out of mainland China: we are posting the hard copies of your admission documents in different batches. Thank you for your patience and please keep an eye on your local postal service.
