To showcase the outstanding academic achievements of high-level international students studying in universities in the Yangtze River Delta region, enhance academic innovation awareness and expression abilities, and promote exchange and mutual learning among young scholars from various countries, the Academic Forum for International Students of Higher Education Institutions in the Yangtze River Delta Region will be held in Hangzhou from June 23 to June 25, 2024. High-level international students from multiple universities in the Yangtze River Delta region will gather by the West Lake in Hangzhou to discuss the high-quality development of international students studying in China.

Event Overview

The forum will be divided into four sub-forums: Science and Engineering, Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Agriculture, Life and Environment Sciences, and Arts and Humanities/Social Sciences. The main activities include:

International Student Doctoral Supervisor Report: Focuses on how international students conduct scientific research and enhance their academic capabilities.

International Student Academic Poster Exhibition: Students submit their work, with selected entries being uniformly produced and displayed.

International Student Academic Report: Four sub-forums will be organized in Science and Engineering, Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life and Environment Sciences, and Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences, where representatives from various universities will share their research progress and achievements.

International Student Specialized Academic Salon: Group discussions to facilitate the exchange and collision of academic ideas.
