Welcome to Zhejiang University! Please be notified of the arrangements for new student registration as follows.

I Registration Online

1. Date
August 19-25, 2024

2. Preparation

（1）Students who have not paid their tuition fees could make the payment online through the Online Application System for International Students（copy link to open on the webpage: http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml）. If online payment is not possible, the tuition fee should be transferred to the designated bank account of Zhejiang University (copy link to open on the webpage: https://iczu.zju.edu.cn/admissionsen/weeswwwwankwwccountwwnfo/list.htm), and a scanned copy of the remittance receipt must be uploaded to the application system.

（2）Purchase insurance（for all students）

Each student must purchase insurance. For Degree students, please purchase insurance for 12 months, while for General/Advanced Scholar, please purchase insurance for the period till the end of your study. Please log in to the insurance system to purchase insurance and upload the electronic insurance slip after August 19.(Click to obtain: https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/DoPkyEgTcS-bUZqNMJkTUg)

（3）Please log into the Online Application System for International Students（copy link to open on webpage:http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml）between August 19 and August 25, enter the column of “新生报到”(“New Student Registration”), fill in personal information and submit materials as required. You can find your student ID number on the top of the page.

II Onsite Registration (Hangzhou)

New international students should follow onsite registration procedures according to the requirements on Admission Notice.

 3）Previous Academic Credentials (For Degree Students only )

 ①Undergraduate students: Original high school diploma

 ②Master's students: Original bachelor's degree certificate and original undergraduate diploma

 ③Doctoral students: Original master's degree certificate and original master's diploma

Those who can’t show the previous academic credentials will not be allowed to register and enroll.

 4）Original certificate of language proficiency

 5）Proof of Insurance

(2).To submitt

 1) One copy of passport's personal information page and the visa page with the entry stamp

 2) ID photos (2 inches, white background or blue background)

2. Time

9:00-17:00  September 3-4, 2024         

3. Location

1F, International College, Zijingang Campus, Zhejiang University， No. 866 Yuhangtang Road, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Provinve.

4. Enter the campus

Students can enter the campus with a passport and t Admission Notice. The nearest entrance to International College is the South Gate 1 of the Zijingang Campus. There will be a shuttle bus at the South Gate 1 during September 3-4, 2024. Please find the location at the map.

III Onsite Registration (Outside Hangzhou)

For students who will study at International Campus, Zhoushan Campus and Yiwu Campus, please pay attention to relevant notice issued by the corresponding campus.

IV Special Reminder

1. Students who are unable to register on time due to certain reasons must apply for leave of absence in advance. Please send the absent leave application to jwb01@zju.edu.cn (for undergraduate students) or jwb02@zju.edu.cn (for graduate students) before September 3. The leave of absence should not exceed two weeks (the deadline for leave application is September 18th). Those who do not apply for leave or who do not report within the approved leave period, except for justified reasons such as force majeure, will be considered to have forfeited their admission.
