Dear international students:

The selection process for the Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for the year 2025 is about to begin. The relevant matters are notified as follows：

I. Scholarship types

Type A for graduate students: 30,000 RMB per student, Type B for undergraduate students：20,000 RMB per student.

II. Eligible Applicants

Scope of students to apply: Full-time international undergraduate and postgraduate students (except first-year students) who are currently registered at the university, and whose studies will end after June 2026 (inclusive), and have not received any other funding this year. The update of student status information must be completed before August 31, 2025.

III. Application conditions

1. Abide by Chinese laws, regulations and policies, comply with the university’s rules and regulations, and have no illegal behavior or disciplinary violations ;

2. Have excellent academic performance or achieved good scientific research outcomes, with strong learning and research capabilities;

3. Actively participate in various cultural activities, sports activities or social practice activities.

IV. Application materials

(I) "Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship Application Form" (Attachment 1) must be signed by the class teacher/counselor/tutor. The application form can refer to "Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship Application Form(example)"(Attachment 2) ;

(II) Scientific research results, participation in cultural and sports activities, social practice activities, or other award-winning materials;

(III) Other supporting materials (if applicable, please attach);

All materials must be uploaded to the "International Student Service Platform" (URL: https://intlstudent.zju.edu.cn/isstu). For platform operation guidelines, please refer to the "International Student Service Platform Operation Guide (Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship)" (Attachment 3). Meanwhile, submit the signed and stamped print-out version of the "Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship Application Form" (Attachment 1) to the designated contact person at your respective campus. Applicants must promise the authenticity and validity of all submitted information. Any fraudulent or falsified content will result in corresponding consequences. Applicants are advised to open a bank account in advance; undergraduate students are generally recommended to open a Bank of China account, while graduates are advised to open a Industrial and Commercial Bank of China account.

V. Deadline for application

5:30 pm on Friday, October 31st, 2025

Please apply on time for electronic application materials(subject to the uploaded time in the application system) and print-out version materials(subject to registration time by contact person). Late application will not be accepted.
