Dear students,

The International College is about to start the application process for continuing study for the coming semester (Chinese Language Program). To ensure students who would like to continue their studies smoothly complete application, fee payment, visa extension and other related procedures, we are hereby issuing this notice. Please read carefully and follow the instructions as required.

I From December 1^st to December 9^th 2025, current students who plan to continue studying for the next semester shall submit your application via the online system. The online application system will close at 17:00 on December 9^th. The steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the website of International College, Zhejiang University (https://intlstudent.zju.edu.cn/isstu) using the unified identity authentication.

--Username: Y250x9XXXX (your student ID No.)

--Initial password: zju2025 + the last four digits of your passport

number

2. Click ‘Educational’ and choose the third icon ‘Continue Learning Application’.

3. Check your personal information and click ‘Confirm’ then ‘Submit’ if the information is all correct.

II After 17:00 on December 10^th2025, students can check the application results via the online system.

III Students whose application for continuing study is approved shall pay the tuition fee and insurance fee during December 11^th to December 17^th 2025. Those who fail to complete the payment by the due date will be regarded as having given up their place for the next term. No further payment will be accepted after 24:00 on December 17^th.

IVThe period for processing visa extension procedures is from December 18 to December 31, 2025.
