In accordance with the notice from the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and the scholarship management arrangements of Zhejiang University, we hereby launch the 2026 Review for Chinese Government Scholarship. The Review is a comprehensive evaluation of CSC students, covering moral conduct, academic performance, attitude towards study/research, and participation in activities.

I. Eligible Students

1. All scholarship recipients whose scholarships remain valid after September 2026.

2. PhD candidates whose original scholarship period ends in July 2026 / January 2027 but are unable to graduate on schedule and meet the application requirements for an extension of scholarship extension.

3. Students who failed the 2025 scholarship review and had their scholarships suspended, and wish to apply for reinstatement.

II. ReviewProcedures

1. Student Self-Assessment: April 3 – April 25, 2026

Eligible candidates shall log in to the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System(studyinchina.csc.edu.cn) using CSC number. Go to the "Annual Scholarship SelfAssessment" section, fill out the "Chinese Government Scholarship Evaluation Questionnaire", complete the selfassessment and upload supporting documents, then click "Submit". For detailed operation steps, please refer to the attached Student Operation Guide.

2. Academic Review: April 10 – April 28, 2026

For postgraduate students, their supervisors (or supervisor contacts) shall log in to the Zhejiang University International Student Management System (https://intlstudent.zju.edu.cn), click Scholarship Management, and enter the CSC Scholarship Review module to score the supervised students and fill in the comments. For undergraduate students, International student advisors conduct the evaluation based on official transcripts and daily performance.

3. University Review: April 28 – May 10, 2026

The International College will conduct an evaluation of students based on their self-review results, academic performance, campus performance, as well as the comments from their affiliated schools (departments) and supervisors, and feed back the official review opinions accordingly.

III. Key Reminders

1. Results are either Qualified or Unqualified. The maximum score is 100; 60 or above is Qualified. Qualified students keep their CSC scholarship for the next academic year. Unqualified students will have their scholarship suspended or cancelled.

2. For recipients whose scholarship eligibility is suspended, disbursement will cease from the start of the next academic year, but they may apply to continue their studies at the university at their own expense in accordance with the university's relevant regulations. Students who continue their studies at the university after scholarship suspension may apply to take the annual Review of the current year before the suspension period expires. If the Review is passed and approved by the CSC, their scholarship eligibility may be resumed from the next academic year.

3. For students whose scholarship eligibilityis revoked, scholarship disbursement will cease from the date of announcement, and their eligibility will not be resumed.
