To all international scholarship students:

To further standardize and refine the annual review process for Chinese Government Scholarships, strengthen the daily management of international scholarship students, and effectively carry out daily services and on-campus security work for students on campus, the following notice regarding monthly attendance check-in procedures for international scholarship students at our university is hereby issued. All students are required to strictly comply with the following:

I. Eligible Participants

All international scholarship students currently enrolled at the university.

II. Check-in Period

1st to the 10th of each month (the exact dates will be announced by the university).

III. Check-in Method

At the campus in Hangzhou, the attendance check-in process is carried out through the attendance check machines set up in each campus/educational institution. The specific methods and locations can be found in Attachment 1. For campus and educational-instiotution not located in Hangzhou, separate notifications will be issued based on actual circumstances.

IV. Special Circumstances

If unable to complete monthly check-in within the specified period due to special circumstances, contact your counsellor in advance to explain the reason and complete leave procedures. Two unexcused failures to check-in on time will be considered in the annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship recipients, alongside overall academic performance.

All students are urged to take this matter seriously and strictly comply with the requirements outlined in this notice for monthly check-ins. For any inquiries, please contact the Student Affairs Office of the International College or your assigned counselor.
