To recognize outstanding students, set role models, encourage international students to study diligently, pursue innovation, and engage in academic and daily life in China, Zhejiang University will launch the selection of Outstanding International Graduates for the Class of 2026 in accordance with the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Relevant arrangements are stated as follows.

1. Selection Rules

Measures for the Assessment and Administration of Honorary Titles for International Students of Zhejiang University (Trial) (ZJU Document [2021] No. 18)

2. Eligible Candidates

Full-time international undergraduate and postgraduate students registered for the 2025-2026 academic year. Students with extended study duration are excluded.

3. Basic Requirements for Application

（1）Possess sound morality, physical and mental health, and all-round development.

（2）Abide by Chinese laws, national policies and university regulations, with no violations recorded.

（3）Study diligently with a rigorous academic attitude and achieve satisfactory academic results.

（4）Respect teachers, get along well with peers, and take an active part in group activities.

4. Specific Criteria for Outstanding International Graduates

（1）Undergraduate applicants shall have received at least two honorary titles for international students in total; students in five-year or longer programmes shall have obtained at least three such titles. Postgraduate applicants shall have received at least one relevant honorary title.

（2）The grade of graduation project or thesis shall be Good or above.

5. Application Procedures

（1）Eligible international graduates of the Class of 2026 shall complete the Application Form for Outstanding International Graduates of Zhejiang University (Class of 2026) and submit the signed and stamped hard copy to the designated contact person of respective campus before 12:00 on June 18.

（2）The selection will be conducted in a fair, impartial and open manner. The Awards and Evaluation Working Group for International Students of the International College will organize the review and publicize the results. Candidates who fail to obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate on time, or whose graduation project/thesis grade is below Good, will be disqualified.
