To further improve education management and services for international students, enhance the reputation of StudyinZJU, build a platform for exchanges between Chinese and international students, and give full play to the bridging role of international student leaders, the International College will launch the renewal of leadership for international student associations. We are now recruiting new leaders and core team members from all international students at Zhejiang University. Details are announced as follows:
1. Positions & Quotas
We are recruiting presidents and 2 to 3 vice presidents for the following four associations:International Student Union (ISU), International Student Art Group (ISAG), International Student Entrepreneurship and Employment Club(ISEE), International Student Academic Club (ISAC).
2. Eligibility Criteria
Registered full-time international students of ZJU and official members of the corresponding association.
Abide by Chinese laws, regulations and university rules with no disciplinary records. Respect diverse cultures and recognize the mission of the association.
Maintain satisfactory academic performance. Applicants for leadership positions shall rank within the top 50% of international students in their grade.
Be passionate about association work, responsible, cooperative and dedicated. Possess solid communication, organization and planning skills and work independently.
Prior experience in student affairs, event planning or relevant expertise in arts, academia, entrepreneurship and volunteer services is preferred.
Candidates for president shall demonstrate strong overall management capabilities to lead the team and promote association operations.
3. Selection Procedures
3.1 Application
Applicants shall submit the required documents voluntarily, including the application form (see attachment), academic transcript, and optional supporting documents such as activity certificates and work proofs.
Combine all electronic files and scanned hard copies into a .rar or .zip package. Name the compressed file and email subject in the format: Association Name - Position (President/Vice President) - Full Name - Nationality

3.2 Qualification Review
The International College will review all applications. Qualified candidates will be invited to an on-site interview.
3.3 On-site Interview
Time: 18:30, Tuesday, June 16, 2026
Venue: Room 330, Chinese & International Student Cultural Exchange Center, International College
Each candidate will deliver a 3-minute self-introduction and present a development plan for the association, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session. The interview will focus on candidates’ understanding of the position, working competence and role suitability.
3.4 Announcement & Appointment
The final candidate list will be determined based on qualification review, interview performance and comprehensive evaluation, and will be publicly announced in due course.
