The submission process for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Summary of Zhejiang University International Students is about to begin. The relevant matters are notified as follows：

I. Target Participants

 Full-time international undergraduate and postgraduate students registered at the university for the 2025–2026 academic year; excluding the 2026 cohort of new students.

II. Requirements

 1. International students are required to complete an academic year summary reflecting on their study life during the 2025–2026 academic year. Please fill out the "Zhejiang University International Student Academic Year Summary Form" on the International Student Service Platform (URL: https://intlstudent.zju.edu.cn/isstu).

 2. Undergraduate students: Please submit the printed summary form to your class teacher/counselor for comments; Postgraduate students: Please submit the printed summary form to your supervisor and counselor for comments. After that, scan and upload the Academic Year Summary Form to the International Student Service Platform.

 3. Submit a printed copy to the contact person at your respective campus (See Part IV for details).

III. Deadline for submission

 5:30 pm on Friday, October 16st, 2026

 Please submit both the electronic application materials (subject to the upload time recorded in the application system) and the printed materials (subject to the registration time recorded by the contact person) on time. Late submissions will not be accepted..
