The final of the 23rd ZJU Top 10 Campus Singers Competition was held at the Theatre on Zijingang Campus. Contestants sang with passion, challenged themselves through music and created youthful memories. Among them, CHOI KYUNGBIN, an international student, impressed all judges and audience members with her exquisite bel canto performance and was named one of the Top 10 Campus Singers.

She opened with First Love. Her pure bel canto voice expressed the innocent yet fervent emotions of young love, letting everyone feel the heartbeat of youth. When the tune of If Life Deceives You began, she delivered a steady and powerful rendition, interpreting the perseverance and open-mindedness in Pushkin’s poem and bringing hope to people feeling lost. In her final song How Do I Love You, she showcased her wide vocal range and profound emotions, singing about selfless and devoted love — a universal language that transcends borders and distances.

Winner's Speech
"Singing has always been a precious hobby of mine. For me, music is not only a way of expression, but also a source of strength and constant companion during my studies abroad. Though I am not a music major, I am fortunate to keep pursuing my passion for music here at Zhejiang University. I am also the only Korean member of the Wenqin Chorus.
I would like to express my special gratitude to Teacher Shen Yu, who has supported my musical journey at ZJU. I firmly believe that we can bravely chase our dreams and find our own place even in a foreign land. Winning this title comes as a surprise and an honor. Standing on the stage, I felt not just nervousness for the competition, but also the joy of having my years of passion and persistence recognized.
I am deeply grateful to the university and the International College for offering me this opportunity, as well as to all the teachers and friends who have accompanied and supported me. As a graduating student, I feel reluctant to leave ZJU. This university has witnessed my academic progress and personal growth and also helped me explore music, build friendships and find my life direction. Parting is never easy, yet I know this is not a final goodbye. I feel honored to have studied and grown here. Wherever I go in the future, I will carry the warmth and strength I have gained at ZJU, keep my love for music alive, live earnestly and strive to become a better version of myself."
