On May 22, 2026, the Second Party Branch of the International College, together with the College's Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education Workshop, held its first workshop of 2026. The event focused on the in-depth study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements. All Party members of the Second Party Branch and faculty members from the Teaching Center attended the event.

Wang Yufen, Executive Vice Dean of the College and Secretary of the Second Party Branch, delivered a special Party lecture entitled "Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievements." She systematically reviewed the eleven key practices through which General Secretary Xi Jinping established and put into practice a correct view of political achievements during his time working in Zhejiang, as well as five major lessons drawn from those experiences. Drawing on the example of Persevering in Building a Culturally Strong Province, she encouraged Party members to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental principles of a correct view of political achievements, remain committed to seeking truth from facts and acting in accordance with objective laws, and strive to deliver results that can stand the test of practice, the people, and history.

Chen Weiying, Vice Dean of the College, delivered a Party lecture entitled "AI-Empowered Teaching: Shaping the Future of Chinese Language Education." Integrating her reflections on the study and education campaign with the College's development of international Chinese language education, she presented a comprehensive overview of the College's latest achievements in supporting China's national strategy for scientific and technological innovation, actively developing the Hui Zhongwen AI-powered smart learning platform, and providing high-quality services for Chinese language learners around the world.

Since the launch of the educational campaign on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, the International College has remained committed to serving national priorities under the guidance of this principle. Leveraging Zhejiang University's strengths in digital development, the College has actively advanced the Hui Zhongwen smart learning platform, using digital technologies to empower international Chinese language education. To date, the platform has completed the development of an extensive question bank and successfully undergone two rounds of internal testing. It has also been incorporated into the “Ai Zhongwen” platform operated by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) under China's Ministry of Education and was officially showcased at the World Digital Education Conference.
