 From May 24 to 27,

 a grand cross-cultural exchange event

 was held at Zhejiang University.

 The “Experience China” – The 3rd Yangtze River Delta

 Student Academic Symposium and Social Practice Program,

under the theme “Smart Delta · Modernization Together,”

 featured five academic parallel sessions,

 showcased more than 100 academic posters,

 and brought together over 150 Chinese and international students from 24 universities across the Yangtze River Delta.

Bridging Cultures Through Academic Exchange

 Drawing on the Yangtze River Delta's rich educational resources,

 Chinese and international students combined academic learning with practical exploration,

 inspiring one another through the exchange of research achievements.

 Thoughtfully designed academic posters,

 engaging and accessible presentations,

 and students from diverse countries

 broke down disciplinary boundaries through academic dialogue.

 “These experiences have inspired me to continue pursuing academic research with greater passion.”

 said Angelica Tiora,

 an international student from Indonesia.

 Having helped organize the symposium for two consecutive years,

she witnessed firsthand how this platform has enabled international students

to strengthen their capacity for academic innovation.

Experiencing China Through Practice

Beyond the academic sessions,

immersive field visits enabled Chinese and international students

to step beyond the classroom and connect with China firsthand.

 Among the mountains and streams of Yucun Village in Anji,

 they experienced the philosophy that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.”

 Walking through the ancient streets of Jiande Ancient City,

 they witnessed how young people are preserving and passing on traditional Chinese culture.

 “For more than 20 years, the people of Yucun have firmly practiced this principle.”

 said Sidorova Kristina,

 an international student from Russia.

 The visit gave her a deeper appreciation of

 the tremendous potential and vitality of China's rural revitalization.

 Chinese student Zhou Xingxing,

 who has previously organized a number of exchange activities for Chinese and international students,

 said this cross-cultural experience left a particularly lasting impression.

 “Those snapshots were proof that young people from different corners can find common ground in shared beauty.”

 Meanwhile, Yasin Amara Sekou S Dra,

 an international student from Mali,

 shared a remarkable coincidence.

 One of the judges evaluating his presentation

 was the very Zhejiang University professor

 who had sent him his admission offer years earlier.

 “Sometimes, we think we missed something, but perhaps we just meet again in another way.”

In his presentation,

he called on young people from China and around the world

to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration

and work together to address global challenges such as climate change and sustainable development.

Moving Forward Together to Build a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind

 During the event,

 the university's One-Stop International Student Service Center

 was officially inaugurated.

 Guided by ZJU's commitment to international education, the service center focuses on seven key areas:

 Culture – Cultural Engagement

 Compass – Physical and Mental Well-being

 Career – Career Development

 Color – International Communication

 Community – Community Services

 Circle – Alumni Relations

The center will continue to strengthen the Study@ZJU brand

 while advancing Zhejiang University's international education initiatives.

 “We come from different countries and different universities,

but these three days of shared experiences

have become some of our warmest memories in China,”

 said one student representative.

 “Learning knows no borders, and practice carries us farther.”

When young people from different backgrounds

walk side by side through China's mountains and rivers,

exchange ideas in academic forums and learn from one another,

 the seeds of building a community with a shared future for humanity

 take root quietly and naturally.

share China's voice with the world,

 and jointly paint a new chapter of mutual understanding and people-to-people friendship between China and the world.
