How do you make decisions in a complex business environment? How do you respond to challenges in a competition through teamwork?
On October 11, iSEE held the 4th Rush Hour International Business Simulation Competition Experience Sharing Session. Outstanding teams from previous competitions were invited to share their insights on competition awareness, competition experience, and teamwork, helping students better understand the competition and fully prepare for future participation.
Wen Jia and Chen Lixuan drew on their own competition experience to introduce the basic rules, competition process, and core decision-making approaches of the International Business Decision Simulation Competition, helping students build an overall understanding of the event. Their sharing not only gave everyone a clearer picture of the competition, but also provided ideas for understanding strategy formulation and market analysis in business simulation.
Ye Hanwen, Sheng Hongkai, and Liang Cihui then shared their experience based on the finals, covering competition preparation, team division of labor, and business presentations. Their sharing helped students further recognize the importance of teamwork and thorough preparation, and also provided more practical reference for students intending to participate.
During the interactive exchange session, students actively asked questions about marketing strategies, team decision-making, channel investment, and the use of AI tools. The guests answered based on their actual experience, offering students more perspectives for thought and helping them prepare in advance for problems they might encounter during the competition.
This sharing session provided a platform for students to exchange competition experience, helping everyone learn about the competition from the practices of previous participants, accumulate ideas, think more specifically about possible problems in preparation, and further inspire interest in exploring business decision-making and teamwork.
Expecting students to turn what they gained from the exchange into action, actively explore and collaborate in the International Business Decision Simulation Competition, continuously improve their business analysis and decision-making abilities, and ultimately achieve satisfactory results in the competition.

I attended the fourth Cesim Business Competition Experience Sharing Session, and it was full of valuable insights. The students who shared were generous with their knowledge, covering everything from team formation and division of labor, to the underlying logic of the Cesim platform, to winning strategies in multiple rounds of market competition. The review was thorough and in-depth. This not only answered my questions about preparation, but also let me appreciate the charm of business decision-making. Next, I will apply what I have learned, go all out in preparation, and strive to achieve good results in the competition!
