Welcome to Zhejiang University! Relevantnotice about the registration is prepared for you as follows.
一、线上报到Online Registration
请每位新生（包括目前在中国境内和境外的所有新生）在9月1日至9月5日前登录浙江大学国际学生申请和招生系统个人账号（网址：http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml），在页面上方查看个人学号，登陆“新生报到”栏目，进行线上报到申请，并按照要求完成个人信息填写和入学资料提交。
All the new students, no matter whether youare inside or outside China mainland, should log in the Application &Admission System (http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml) betweenSept. 1st and Sept. 5th, check your student ID number on the top of the page,enter the column of “新生报到”(“New Student Registration”) to apply online registration, fill up personal information andsubmit application documents as required.
二、加入“浙大钉”钉钉群Join Ding Talk Group
1.下载“浙大钉”Download “ZJU Ding Talk”
请每位新生扫描下图“浙大钉”二维码下载APP，并使用在招生系统个人申请账号中“新生通”模块确认的本人手机号码注册“浙大钉”APP并登录。在收到“浙大钉”邀请信息后，请点击确认，加入“浙大钉”（钉钉账号界面下方有求是鹰标志）。
All of you should scan the following QR codeto download the APP, register and enter by your mobile phone number, which isalready confirmed in the module of “Freshmen Gateway” of theapplication system. Make sure your account join in the Zheda Ding(There is aQiushi Eagle logo on the page) when you get the invite message.
2.登录浙江大学工作台Log onto ZJU Interface
进入“浙大钉”APP，点击底部中间“求是鹰”标识，首次登录会跳转浙江大学统一身份认证登录页面，请使用浙江大学统一身份认证用户名和初始密码登录（用户名：学号，密码：zju+护照号码后四位，例如:zju1065），如未出现，点击左上角箭头位置切换至“浙江大学”。
Enter “ZJU Ding Talk” and click theemblem of “Qiushi Eagle” at the bottom. As your first logon, it should lead to the page of “ZJU Unified Identity Authentication” where you could log on (username: student ID number; password: zju+ last 4 digits of your passport number, eg.: zju1065); if not, click the arrowbutton at the upper left corner and choose “浙江大学” (Zhejiang University).
3.加入钉钉群Join the Ding Group
根据不同类型学生，请扫码加入不同“浙大钉”钉钉群。每位同学只需加入自己对应的钉钉群。请勿重复加群！
You should join the following Ding Talkgroup separately according to student type by scanning the code below. Do notjoin groups repeatedly.

The notice below is only for the students currently inChinese Mainland
三、健康打卡Report healthstatus every day
在中国境内的新生，从8月23日起，请每日做好浙江大学健康打卡。否则，无法申请进入学校。
New international students whoare currently inside Chinese mainland, you should report your healthconditions every day from August 23. If not, you will not be approved toenter the campus.
【方法】
1.微信搜索“浙大校务服务”或“zjubsdt”，关注“浙大校务服务”公众号；
2.点击“网上办事”―“浙大健康打卡”模块，用学号登陆统一身份认证，即可进入健康打卡界面；
3.首次登陆，请要求填写“基本信息”（只需要首次登录时填写），请一定要保证各项信息准确无误，确保能通过填写的手机号联系到本人，填写完成后点击页面下方的提交按钮；
4.每天上午12:00前填写“日常健康报备”信息，即为完成当日健康打卡。每天只能提交一次，不可修改，填写完点击底部“提交信息”按钮。
Method:
1.Search “浙大校务服务” or “zjubsdt” in Wechat and add the WeChat official account “浙大校务服务”.
2.Click “网上办事”―“浙大健康打卡”,log in the health report system by using the “统一身份认证”.
3.Please fill the basic personalinformation(Only for the first time) .Please make sure every information iscorrect and the cellphone can be contacted to you.You should submit it afterfinish it.
4.Fill and submit the daily heath reportinformation before 12:00 noon everyday.You only can submit it one time eachday,and cannot modify, please submit the information after fill it.
说明：统一身份认证用户名为个人学号（请在个人招生申请账号查询），初始密码为：zju加护照后四位，例如:zju1065。统一身份认证可实现学校多个信息系统的登录服务，为保障个人信息安全，请首次登录后及时修改密码。
Note: The user name of “统一身份认证” is your Student ID number, the initial password is ZJU plus thelast four digits of the passport, eg.: zju1065. “统一身份认证” can be used to log in different system. Please change your passwordin time after logging in for the first time.
四、新生到校要求和程序New Student’ ArrivalRequirements and Procedure
根据疫情防控要求，凡过去14天内到过或当前处于中高风险所在地（市）全域的新生，暂缓来校报到，须等符合条件后再申请到校；境内低风险地区同学，在连续健康打卡14天、浙江健康码绿码和通信大数据行程卡等符合入校条件，可在浙大钉或微信公众号中申请浙江大学通行码（即“蓝码”），经学校审核符合到校条件的，仅限学生本人凭浙大通行码入校。
All new students who have been to or arecurrently in the cities with medium or high risk areas in the past 14 daysshould postpone your visit to school until you meet the requirements. Studentsin low risk area can apply the blue code after meet the requirements ofsubmitting the health report at least 14 consecutive days, have Green cord ofZhejiang province and the 14 days Data Travel Card etc. by “浙大钉”or Wechat platform “浙大校务服务”.Onlythe student can come to the campus with the blue code after the approval.

【注意事项】
1.各位同学请勿提前来校报到；
2.入校前请提前接种新冠疫苗，来校时须携带登机或上车前48小时核酸阴性证明，到校后到指定地点进行核酸检测；
3.到校后请减少非必要外出，不串门，不聚集，离开宿舍请严格佩戴口罩；
4.在校期间，注意个人防护，继续坚持每日健康打卡。连续3天未按要求进行健康打卡，浙江大学通行码（蓝码）将自动取消。”
Special Attention
1.Please Do not come to school early;
2.All students should receive the COVID-19vaccine in advance and get the negative nucleic acid report 48 hours prior toboarding or departure with you. After arrival at school, please go to thedesignated place for nucleic acid testing;
3.Please do not go out unnecessarily, do notdrop around, do not gather together, and wear a mask when leaving the dorm;
4.Pay attention to personal heath, andsubmit the Daily Health Report everyday. If missing 3 consecutive days, the ZJUpass code (blue code) will be canceled by the system automatically.
五、现场报到安排Onsite Registration Arrangement
在中国境内的新生，必须按照录取通知书的要求到校完成现场报到手续：
1.时间：9月6日-7日（9:00-17:00）（请按时报到，不要提前来校）。新生必须凭录取通知书原件或扫描件、护照和浙江大学通行码（请等候进一步通知）从紫金港校区东大门（申花路口的东门）进入校园；
2.地点：杭州市余杭塘路866号，浙江大学紫金港校区大西区国际教育学院大楼一楼大厅。
（注：请海宁校区、舟山校区学习的同学到相应校区报到。海宁校区报到地点：浙江省海宁市海洲东路718号 浙江大学海宁国际校区书院；舟山校区报到地点：浙江省舟山市定海区浙大路1号 浙江大学舟山校区行政楼227。）
New international students who are currentlyinside China mainland must enter campus and follow onsite registrationprocedures according to the requirements on Admission Notice.
1.Time: Sep. 6th- Sep. 7th (9:00-17:00) Bepunctual. DO NOT come ahead of schedule. New students must enter the campusthrough the East Gate of Zijin’gang Campus(Shenhua Road) with the original Admission Notice or its scanned copy, passportand ZJU Pass (“the Blue Code”)（Please wait the furthernotice）.
2. Location: 1F, Administration Building ofInternational College, West Zone of Zijin’gang Campus, No. 866 Yuhangtang Road, Hangzhou
Note:
For students studying in Haining Campus:Residential College, Haining International Campus, No.718, Haizhou East Road,Haining city, Zhejiang Province;
For students studying in Zhoushan Campus:Room 227, Administration Building, Zhoushan Campus, No.1, Zheda Road, DinghaiDistrict, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province.
【提醒】境内学生如未在规定时间到校报到，请在报到截止日期内到国际教育学院学生事务办公室报到，办公地点：325-331；逾期未报到的，将视为自动放弃入学资格。
Notes: For those who are currently insideChina mainland, if you fail to register on campus within the specified time,you must register at Student Affairs Office of International College (Room325-331) before the deadline. Failure to register before the specified deadlinewill be automatically regarded as giving up the admission eligibility.
