根据《浙江大学国际学生荣誉称号评定管理办法（试行）》及学校评奖评优工作的总体安排，现将浙江大学2022-2023学年国际学生荣誉称号评选工作通知如下：
According to the Measures for the Evaluation and Management of International Student Honorary Titles of Zhejiang University (Trial) and the overall arrangements for the school's awards and excellence evaluation work, the Selection of International Student Honorary Titles of Zhejiang University for the 2022-2023 academic year is now notified as follows:
一、评选对象 Selection objects
2022-2023学年注册在校的全日制国际本科生和研究生（延长学习期限的学生除外）。
Full-time international undergraduate and postgraduate students registered in the school in the 2022-2023 academic year (except students who extend their study period).
二、参评基本条件 Basic conditions for participation
1.道德品质优良，身心健康，全面发展；
Have good moral character, be physically and mentally healthy, and develop in an all-round way;
2. 遵守中国的法律法规和国家政策，遵守学校校纪校规，无违法违规违纪行为；
Abide by Chinese laws, regulations and national policies, abide by school disciplines and rules, and have no illegal or disciplinary violations;
3. 学习勤奋，学风严谨，成绩优良；
Study diligently, have a rigorous style of study, and have excellent grades;
4. 尊敬师长，团结同学，积极参加各类集体活动。
Respect teachers, unite classmates, and actively participate in various group activities.
三、荣誉称号类别及评定条件 Honorary title categories and evaluation conditions
本次评选的国际学生荣誉称号包括国际学生单项奖和优秀国际学生。国际学生单项奖包括学业优秀奖、学术科研优秀奖、创新创业优秀奖、公益服务优秀奖、文体活动优秀奖和中外交流优秀奖。具体评定条件如下：
The international student honorary titles in this selection include International Student Individual Award and Outstanding International Student. Individual awards for international students include Honorary Titles of Academic Excellence, Academic Research Excellence, Excellence in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Excellence in Public Service, Extracurricular Excellence and Excellence in International Cooperation and Communications. The specific evaluation conditions are as follows:
（一）国际学生单项奖 International Student Individual Award
1.学业优秀奖 Honorary Title of Academic Excellence
评定条件：学习勤奋努力，学习成绩优良，本学年成绩在人文、社科、理工农医等大类国际学生中排名居前列。
Evaluation criteria: Study diligently and have excellent academic performance. This academic year’s performance ranks among the top among international students in humanities, social sciences, science, engineering, agriculture and medicine.
2.学术科研优秀奖 Honorary Title of Academic Research Excellence
评定条件：在学术研究、学科竞赛、科技发明等方面表现优秀，具有显著的科研创新能力，申请的本科生、硕士生至少发表1篇高质量论文或获得其他优秀科研成果；申请的博士生至少发表2篇高质量论文或获得其他优秀科研成果。
Evaluation criteria: Excellent performance in academic research, subject competitions, scientific and technological inventions, etc., with significant scientific research and innovation capabilities. Applicants for undergraduate and master's degrees must publish at least one high-quality paper or obtain other outstanding scientific research results; applicants for doctoral students must have at least Publish 2 high-quality papers or obtain other outstanding scientific research results.
3.创新创业优秀奖 Honorary Title of Excellence in Innovation and Entrepreneurship
评定条件：在创新创业教育或实践中表现突出，特别是在校级、省级及以上创新创业类比赛中取得优异成绩。
Evaluation criteria: Outstanding performance in innovation and entrepreneurship education or practice, especially outstanding results in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions at the school level, provincial level and above.
4.公益服务优秀奖 Honorary Title of Excellence in Public Service
评定条件：在公益活动、志愿服务、社会实践、社团管理、同学帮扶、劳动实践等方面富有成效、表现突出，获得师生一致好评。
Evaluation criteria: Effective and outstanding performance in public welfare activities, volunteer services, social practice, club management, classmate support, labor practice, etc., and won unanimous praise from teachers and students.
5.文体活动优秀奖 Honorary Title of Extracurricular Excellence
评定条件：具有文体特长，积极参加学校组织的各类文体活动，在重要文体活动中表现突出。
Evaluation criteria: Have cultural and sports expertise, actively participate in various cultural and sports activities organized by the school, and perform outstandingly in important cultural and sports activities.
6.中外交流优秀奖 Honorary Title of Excellence in International Cooperation and Communications
评定条件：积极参加中外交流活动，在文化交流、文明互鉴中表现突出。
Evaluation criteria: Actively participate in Chinese and foreign exchange activities, and perform outstandingly in cultural exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.
（二）优秀国际学生 Honorary Title of Outstanding International Student
评定条件：德、智、体、美、劳等发展全面，必须获得参评学年学业优秀奖或学术科研优秀奖，同时至少获得 1 项其他单项奖；积极参加学校组织的各项活动，表现突出。
Evaluation criteria: Those well-rounded students must win the Academic Excellence Award or the Academic Research Excellence Award for the year in which they participate, and also at least one other individual award at the same time; In addition, they must actively participate in various activities organized by the school and perform outstandingly.
四、申请方式 Application method
申请学生填写《附件1-浙江大学2022-2023学年国际学生荣誉称号申请表》及对应申请奖项的证明材料汇总表（附件2-附件6）。
Applicants should fill out the Attachment 1 - Zhejiang University International Student Honorary Title Application Form for the Academic Year 2022-2023 and the summary table of certification materials corresponding to the application for the award (Attachment 2 - Attachment 6).
学习成绩以本科生院和研究生院系统导出的成绩为准；科研成果须自行提供相关证明材料，由校内导师签署意见；社会活动成绩由相关负责部门出具证明。
Academic scores are based on scores derived from the undergraduate and graduate school systems; scientific research achievements must be provided with relevant certification materials and signed by on-campus tutors; social activity scores are certified by the relevant responsible departments.
以上所有申请材料须提交电子版和纸质版。
All the above application materials must be submitted in electronic and paper versions.
请将相关电子版申请材料打包成压缩包，在申请截止时间前发送至邮箱iczju2022@163.com，邮件主题和文件命名为：“荣誉称号申请类别+学号”。同时将纸质版申请材料提交至国际教育学院学生事务办公室。本科生请提交至327办公室，研究生请提交至331办公室。
Please package the relevant electronic application materials into a compressed package and send it to the email address iczju2022@163.com before the application deadline. The email subject and file are named: Honorary Title Application Category + Student ID. At the same time, submit the paper application materials to the Student Affairs Office of the International College. Undergraduate students please submit to Office 327, and graduate students please submit to Office 331.

五、申请截止时间 Application deadline
电子版申请材料（以收到自动回复邮件时间为准）和纸质版材料（以学生事务办登记时间为准）提交截止时间：2023年11月8日17:00。
The deadline for submission of electronic application materials (based on the time when the automatic reply email is received) and paper materials (based on the registration time of the Student Affairs Office): 17:00 on November 8, 2023.
