Dear CSC scholarship students,
根据中国国家留学基金管理委员会通知，2024年中国政府奖学金年度评审即将开始。请2024年9月之后拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生按时参加年度评审，参评对象包括：
According to the notice from the China Scholarship Council (CSC), the annual review for the Chinese Government Scholarship for the year 2024 is about to commence. Students intending to continue receiving the Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2024 are required to take the annual review on time. The eligible students for review include:
1. 2024年9月之后奖学金仍在正常有效期限内的所有学生；
All students whose scholarships remain valid within the normal period after September 2024.
2. 2024年7月原奖学金期限结束但无法按期毕业，首次申请延长奖学金期限的博士研究生；
Ph.D. students who are unable to graduate on time when their original scholarship period ended in July 2024 and have not got an extension before.
3. 2023年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格拟申请恢复奖学金的学生。
Students whose scholarship evaluations in 2023 were deemed ineligible and whose scholarship qualifications were suspended, and are planning to apply for the restoration of their scholarship.
一、奖学金年度评审流程 Review Procedure for the Chinese Government Scholarship
中国政府奖学金学生通过CSC号登录信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，进入“奖学金年度自评”，填写“中国政府奖学金学校评估问卷”，完成自评信息和上传附加材料后，点击“提交”（学生操作指南）。
Chinese Government Scholarship students should log into the information system of studyinchina.csc.edu.cn using their CSC number, and then proceed to the 'Annual Review of Scholarship' section to fill in the 'Chinese Government Scholarship Evaluation Questionnaire', complete the self-assessment, upload additional materials, and finally click 'Submit' (Student Operation Guide).
在提交之后，立即联系你的导师为你在系统中进行“导师评价”，如未完成导师评价，评审将无法完成(导师在线评价操作指南)。
After submission, please immediately contact your supervisor to conduct the 'Supervisor Assessment' for you in the system. Failure to complete the supervisor assessment will result in the review being incomplete (Supervisor Online Assessment Operation Guide).
二、博士研究生延长奖学金资助期限的评审流程Review Procedure for Scholarship Extension ( Ph.D. students only)
(一) 适用学生Applicable students：
1.2024年7月原奖学金期限结束但无法按期毕业
Students whose scholarship period originally ended in July 2024 but were unable to graduate on time.
2.已办理校内学习期限延长
Students who have applied for an extension of the in-school study period.
3.已完成学校规定的开題报告并通过中期考核
Students who have completed the required thesis proposal and passed the mid-term assessment.
4.之前未申请过延长中国政府奖学金期限
Students who have not got an extension of the Chinese Government Scholarship before.
（二）申请流程Application Process:
1. 已办理校内学习期限延长之后，请先通过CSC号登录信息系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，进入“奖学金年度自评”，填写“中国政府奖学金学校评估问卷”，完成自评信息和上传附加材料后，点击“提交”。
After extending the in-school study period, please log into the information system at studyinchina.csc.edu.cn using your CSC number, and then proceed to the 'Annual Review of Scholarship' section to fill in the 'Chinese Government Scholarship Evaluation Questionnaire', complete the self-assessment, upload additional materials, and finally click 'Submit'.
2. 请再次登录信息系统，进入“博士生延期申请”，点击“新增”按钮，填写相关信息后保存并提交；
Please log into the system again, enter the 'Scholarship Extension (Ph.D.)' section, click the 'Add' button, provide the required details, save the information, and submit the application.
3. 请在完成“奖学金年度自评”以及“博士生延期申请”之后，立即联系你的导师为你在系统中进行年度评审与延期评审两个项目的评价，如导师未评价，评审与延期将无法完成。
Upon completing the 'Annual Review of Scholarship' and the 'Scholarship Extension (Ph.D.)', please immediately contact your supervisor to evaluate both the annual assessment and the extension assessment in the system. Failure to receive supervisor evaluation will result in the inability to complete the assessment and extension.

重点提醒 Key Reminder：
学生自评提交截止日期：2024年4月30日。未通过评审和未按时完成评审者的奖学金生资格将在2024年7月15日终止。
The deadline for students to submit their self-assessment is April 30, 2024. The scholarship qualification for students who do not pass the review or fail to complete the review on time will terminate on July 15, 2024.
