各位中国政府奖学金同学：

Dear CSC scholarship students,

根据中国国家留学基金委关于做好2021/2022学年中国政府奖学金生报到注册工作的通知，中国政府奖学金生必须按规定登陆中国政府奖学金来华留学管理系统（以下称“CSC系统”）完成注册操作后再由学校对其注册状态进行确认。

According to the latest notice from the CSC,Chinese Government Scholarship students are required to register yourscholarship in the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. Theuniversity will later confirm the registration status in the system.

现将具体事项通知如下：

The details are as follows:

一、注册对象：2021年9月至2022年7月，正常进行线上或者线下学习的中国政府奖学金学生。

Applicants: Chinese Government scholarship students who are engaged in normal online oroffline study from September 2021 to July 2022.

二、网上注册截止时间：2021年10月10日。

Online registration deadline: October 10, 2021.

三、不需要网上报到注册的学生情况

Students who do not need to register online

（一）2021年9月申请休学、或者继续休学、或退学的学生，不用进行网上报到注册。

Students who apply for suspension, furthersuspension, or withdrawal since September, 2021 do not need to register online.

（二）2020级、2021级申请保留奖学金资格并推迟入学的奖学金生无需登陆系统进行操作，但必须向招生事务办公室老师提交正式申请。

Scholarship students (2020 September intake and 2021 Grade) who apply for the retention of scholarshipqualifications while postponing their admissions do NOT need to log in to the system for operation, but MUST submit an officialapplication to the teacher in the Office of Admissions.

四、注册操作方法

Method for Registration:

（一）请认真阅读操作流程（详情内容请见下方附件）

Please familiarize yourself with the operationprocess (see the attachment below for details).

（二）注册网站（建议使用火狐, Chrome, 搜狗，360浏览器）：https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login

Register website (suggest using Firefox, Chrome,Sogou, 360 browser) : https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login

（三）登录账号

Login account

1.登录ID：学生个人的CSC号码（不要使用email登录，忘记自己CSC号码的，请联系学生事务办公室）；

Login ID: your CSC number (Do not use email to login, if you forget your CSC number, please contact the Student Affairs Office);

2.登录密码：学生申请奖学金时设置的密码（如果忘记密码，请用本人申请奖学金时绑定的邮箱找回密码。如果还是无法登陆，请联系学生事务办公室老师。)

Login password: it is the password you set when youapplied for the scholarship (if you forget the password, please retrieve thepassword by using the email address bound when you applied for the scholarship.If you still cannot log in, please contact the office directly.)

3.进入后点击报到注册，需要核对信息包括：

After entering, click registration. The informationto be checked includes:

（1）请核实自己的基础信息，如果有误，及时与学生事务办公室联系

Please check your basic information and contact theStudent Affairs Office if there is any mistake：iczu2018@163.com

（2）选择授课方式（如果你在中国，选“线下”；如果你不在中国，选“线上”）

Choose the teaching method (offline if you are inChina, online if you are not in China)

（3）填写自己的备用邮箱;

Fill in your own spare email;

（4）核对无误后，点击“确认报到”；

After checking, click confirm registration.

（5）有任何问题，请联系学生事务办公室；
