为深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神和习近平总书记关于建设海洋强国的重要论述，增进中国政府奖学金来华留学生对中国海洋科技发展与海洋生态文明建设成就的认知与理解，促进各海洋奖学金项目高校之间的学术交流与合作，由国家留学基金管理委员会主办，哈尔滨工程大学承办的2026年“感知中国一蓝海探秘"学术交流活动于2026年6月15 日至 18 日在山东省烟台市举办。我校三名海洋奖学金国际学生与来自哈尔滨工程大学、厦门大学、中国海洋大学、同济大学等高校的40 余名中外师生，以海洋为纽带，以研学为载体，深度感知中国海洋科技发展的生动图景。

本次活动以"海洋碳汇与可持续发展"为主题，通过学术研讨、实地参访、实践体验、交流互动等形式，系统展示中国海洋科技从基础研究、生态保护到工程应用的全链条发展体系。活动期间，举行了“中集来福士杯"挑战赛成果汇报交流。来自五所高校的跨国青年团队与来自多个国家的青年学子一道围绕海洋碳汇、海洋新能源、海洋生态保护、智慧海工装备、绿色低碳技术等前沿领域展开学术交流。经过专业评审，我校海洋学院团队的“海岸线之外：中国蓝色生态系统的隐形价值”学术报告展示了我校学生在蓝碳创新领域的研究成果与创新思路，荣获优秀奖。

为期四天的研学之旅，学生先后赴交通运输部烟台打捞局及打捞局船厂、烟台耕海一号海洋牧场综合体进行现场学习，实地了解我国海上应急救捞体系建设成就和海洋工程装备维修保障能力，亲眼见证中国在海洋牧场建设和蓝碳生态保护方面的丰硕成果，深刻感受到中国"向海图强"战略的生动实践。

逐浪蓝海，感知中国。作为中国政府海洋奖学金项目的重要参与高校，浙江大学始终致力于服务国家海洋战略，培养具有全球视野与创新能力的海洋人才。此次“感知中国·蓝海探秘”活动，既是我校国际生知行合一的生动缩影，亦是我校深化国际海洋合作、主动融入全球海洋治理的有力注脚。

I am deeply grateful to the China Scholarship Council (CSC) Marine Scholarship Program for providing me with the invaluable opportunity to attend and actively participate in this prestigious event. As a marine researcher specializing in carbon cycling and marine life sciences, I consider this gathering an exceptional platform for intellectual exchange, academic collaboration, and personal growth. Engaging with leading experts and fellow researchers from around the world not only broadens my scientific perspective but also strengthens my professional network.

Attending the study tour to Yantai City as an international student was an incredibly valuable and enriching experience. The conference focused on blue carbon technologies and marine ecosystem protection, which are among the most important and rapidly developing topics today. Preparing our proposal and listening to presentations from other participating teams significantly enhanced my knowledge and understanding of these fields. The study tour also provided an excellent opportunity to interact with international students from different universities, allowing us to exchange ideas about our research and share our experiences of studying and living in China. In addition, we visited many remarkable places in Yantai, including museums, fish farms, and shipyards, which greatly deepened my understanding of China's history, technological advancements, and rich cultural heritage. （23级海洋工程专业伊朗籍博士生Fahimeh）

Over five days, we immersed ourselves in the city’s beautiful coastline, rich culture, and lively atmosphere. The most memorable part was taking part in a competition with some of my classmates, we grew so much from the teamwork, and I met so many inspiring people.
